I grew up in Cambridge, England before going to University in the north of England. After studying Psychology for three years I went to London to complete a post graduate course in drama. I was a professional actor for seven years before joining the London Ambulance Service to train as a Paramedic.
As a child I had an interest in magic belonging to the Cambridge Magic Club and performing at functions locally. In 2000 I returned to my childhood hobby and made it into a profession. I left the London Ambulance Service in 2002 having attended over 10,000 incidents and has been a professional entertainer ever since.

Awards for Magical Achievement
It may seem strange but regularly magicians gather to perform in competitions.These happen locally at club level, nationally and indeed internationally as well. Performances are judged on technical ability as well as performance and entertainment value. I have been successful in both local and international competitions.
International Brotherhood of Magicians Champion
I won both the Rovi Trophy and the Zina Bennett Trophy at The International Brotherhood of Magicians Championship. And won the Houdini Prize for Originality. These competitions are open to magicians from all over the world and have been won in the past by very distinguished members of the magical fraternity.
The Magic Circle Close Up Competition
I am the Magic Circle Close Up Magician of the Year 2013. This competition is open to members of The Magic Circle world wide and is a highlight of the club’s annual calendar.
As you can see I am a genuinely an award winning magician, who performs at the highest level.
